Session cancellations and rescheduling

• More than 48 hours’ notice - you may cancel or reschedule your session with no charge.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice - the full session fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

• Missed sessions (no-show) - the full session fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

• Late arrivals - sessions will end at the scheduled time and no refund will be given for missed time.

• Exceptional circumstances - I understand that genuine emergencies can happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please contact me as soon as possible and I will consider rescheduling at my discretion.
